Used Books at The Thinking Spot

The Thinking Spot sells a wide range of  used books, including fiction, non-fiction and children’s books. For the most part these are books you may find int he regular "new" section. However, we have a little more freedom in this section and allow other genres. As always, we still try to stick to book that make you "think". It is The Thinking Spot after all!

Books are priced based on their original printed price -

Printed Price over  $25    - You pay $10

Printed Price  $15 - $25   - You pay $7

Printer Price under $15    - You pay $4

We do not at the moment have a "buy back" program. We source our books from customers like you that donate their gently loved books so they can find new homes. Please bring any books you'd like to donate during store hours and we will pick the ones that best fit our collection. 

We donate overstock books to local libraries, put them in little free libraries or donate to other charitable organizations. 

We donate a percentage of ALL used book sales back to local non-profits in the reading, literacy, or science fields. Donating to us supports your local independent bookstore, gets your book in the hands of thoughtful readers such as yourself, and supports other LOCAL charities doing great work in literacy or scientific fields! Plus we'll put your name up on our "Wall of Support"! Win-Win-Win-Win! Did you know your dollars could do all that?
